Full-cycle recruiting Interpersonal Communication Time Management

We are seeking a High Volume Recruiter to execute and manage full-cycle recruiting for our organization. This role will strategically partner with operational hiring leaders to source, screen, and schedule candidates, while ensuring a smooth onboarding process through collaboration with People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Strategically partner with operational hiring leaders.
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
  • Analyze interview data and own the closing and offer process.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through partnership with People Operations.
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles.
  • Actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Contribute ideas toward continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with a company size of 500+ employees.
  • Experience in SFR, hospitality, or closely related industries preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management in handling multiple priorities.
  • Possess a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, and Macbook.
