Join Global Pacific Support, a leading BPO headquartered in the Philippines, as an HR Assistant (French Speaker). This role supports the HR team in delivering world-class administrative and personnel services to enhance our clients' business operations. You'll manage sensitive employee records, respond to HR inquiries, and assist with various HR processes while providing high-quality, multilingual support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Overview

As an HR Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, maintain confidential employee data, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will also support HR operations, contribute to reporting, and participate in special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and manage HR inboxes, triage questions, and assign tasks within the HR team.
Provide information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with data entry and processing of HR processes (e.g., terminations, transfers, address changes).
Process HR purchase orders and contracts for compliance and approval.
Maintain manual and automated employee records and prepare standard reports.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Support special HR projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role (HR experience preferred).
Fluency in English and proficiency in French.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong customer service, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
