As an HR Coordinator at AeroVect, you will play a crucial role in managing onboarding, employee records, shift schedules, attendance tracking, and asset coordination. This onsite position in Atlanta offers growth opportunities in a collaborative startup environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Track airport badges and credential renewals
  • Manage weekly shift schedules for GSE operators
  • Track attendance and support timekeeping metrics
  • Coordinate use, maintenance, and registration of assets
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in office coordination, HR support, operations, or admin
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging
  • Experience with shift scheduling or hourly workforces
  • Equity in AeroVect
