As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR plans that align with the business operations and mission of the organization. You will advise the executive team and Board on workforce planning and people risk, and articulate workforce needs and outcomes in business and financial terms. Additionally, you will lead the people side of organizational change with a structured methodology and own the full HR cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave, policy, and delivery. You will maintain Rippling as the system of record, ensuring data integrity and reporting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, proficiency with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred) and the MS Office Suite, experience in financial or insurance services, and certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or SPHR.
