Job Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. Your proactive approach will enhance employee engagement, support DEI initiatives, and contribute to a safe, positive work environment aligned with Vosyn's mission for global inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
Serve as the main contact for employee relations, fostering a positive culture.
Support performance evaluation processes and assist with goal-setting and feedback.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and maintain accurate HR records.
Coordinate and respond to employee benefits and related inquiries.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
Contribute to DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and HR policy updates.
Track and analyze HR metrics, providing data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program (preferred).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Experience or passion for DEI and workplace safety initiatives.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
