  • Assist with training design and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help maintain HR resources in SharePoint and employee data
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and contractor I-9 processes
  • Contribute to compliance trainings and employee communications
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Current college student pursuing degree in related field
  • Interest in HR Operations, Talent Development, or Instructional Design
  • Familiar with HRIS (e.g., Paylocity), SharePoint, and LMS tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven
