An HR Operations Specialist is responsible for processing HR lifecycle transactions such as hires, changes, leaves, and terminations. They must maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance and facilitate audits. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners is essential to oversee end-to-end processes. This role involves managing onboarding activities, I-9 and E-Verify processes, as well as coordinating benefit enrollments and vendor setups within HR systems.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR administration is required. Knowledge of HR processes, basic employment law, and HRIS workflows is crucial. Familiarity with HRIS platforms like ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle is beneficial. Experience in supporting immigration processes and multi-state or multi-country HR operations is preferred. Possession of HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
