Stitch Fix is seeking a remote Manager, HR Shared Services, responsible for overseeing and enhancing HR operations for a distributed workforce across the United States. This full-time role involves managing HR processes, supporting employee relations, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Job Overview

Lead the HR Shared Services team to deliver best-in-class support for all employees.
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance and support for HR projects and initiatives.
Manage remote HR operations, fostering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee HR service delivery, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
Ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality across all systems.
Support employee relations and resolve HR-related inquiries.
Implement and monitor HR process improvements and automation initiatives.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of HR operations or HR shared services experience.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data management.
Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process improvement and project management.
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR technologies.
