Job Overview

An HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry responsible for advising clients on complex HR matters across key countries in APAC & MEA.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.
Advise clients on contract changes, data migration, and seamless transitions post-M&A.
Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in key countries to provide actionable guidance.

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience, ideally in EOR, PEO, or HRO.
Deep expertise in Indian labor laws and employment regulations across key countries in APAC & MEA.
Experience supporting clients through M&A, restructurings, and complex employee relations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom & Slack.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business (MBA/SHRM-SCP preferred).
