Job Overview

An HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry responsible for advising clients on complex HR matters across key countries in APAC & MEA.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.
  • Advise clients on contract changes, data migration, and seamless transitions post-M&A.
  • Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
  • Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
  • Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in key countries to provide actionable guidance.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in EOR, PEO, or HRO.
  • Deep expertise in Indian labor laws and employment regulations across key countries in APAC & MEA.
  • Experience supporting clients through M&A, restructurings, and complex employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom & Slack.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business (MBA/SHRM-SCP preferred).
