Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent retention strategies. Strong skills in data, analytics, AI, and automation insights. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Leading HRBP strategy for Global Operations for 1200+ employees. Prior experience with change management or AI adoption initiatives. Advanced analytics or people insights experience. Advising executive leadership on complex workforce challenges.
