The HVAC Account Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the HVAC industry through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. This role involves consulting with clients to recommend appropriate HVAC solutions and creating detailed proposals and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities via cold calling and networking.
  • Consult and recommend HVAC solutions based on client needs.
  • Create and present detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and estimators for execution.
  • Build lasting client relationships as the primary contact.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or related technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
