Ldap OAuth Oidc SAML Scim

Lead the Identity Access Management (IAM) lifecycle and build a scalable, secure identity platform. This role involves defining IAM policies, performing evaluation and deployment of IAM products, and architecting Federation/SSO solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud IDP platforms, IAM architecture, and a deep knowledge of various IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Own IAM lifecycle and build scalable, secure identity platform
Lead IAM roadmap aligned with business and security needs
Define and govern IAM policies and cloud-first standards
Architect Federation/SSO for partners and customers
Provide guidance for complex access models

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years in information security
4+ years of experience in IAM architecture
Expertise in Cloud IDP (Azure/AWS) or CIAM platforms
Deep knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP
Experience with IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt)
