Join Blackbaud’s global Identity Access Management team as an Identity Access Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in securing our digital environment. This remote-friendly position empowers you to serve stakeholders, evolve best practices, and automate identity and access management procedures, ensuring robust and compliant system access across the organization.

Job Overview

Operationally manage access provisioning and deprovisioning for Blackbaud systems.
Partner with stakeholders to mature, streamline, and automate IAM processes.
Utilize and expand Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
Support ongoing audits and compliance initiatives.
Maintain thorough documentation for internal and user-facing use.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely removal of unnecessary or inappropriate system access to maintain security controls.
Provision approved access efficiently, leveraging evolving RBAC structures.
Analyze and resolve access issues, collaborating with system owners and technical teams.
Participate in audits and implement compliance recommendations.
Identify and drive automation opportunities in IAM practices.
Generate reports for in-depth analysis and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity or Access Management.
Strong attention to IT general computing controls.
Experience with PowerShell, ServiceNow, SailPoint Identity-Now, Active Directory, EntraID, Salesforce, Workday.
Knowledge of SCA, ITIL, COBIT, NIST or similar security/control frameworks.
Effective collaboration with application owners, cloud engineers, and cyber security SMEs.
