Job Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the primary contact for enterprise customers, managing the deployment and enablement of Samsara IoT solutions for fleets and assets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver training sessions, track progress, and ensure value realization for customers. Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for onboarding, adoption, and renewal for enterprise customers
  • Manage deployment and enablement of Samsara IoT solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams
  • Deliver training sessions and demonstrations to executives and end-users
  • Track progress, adoption, and account health to drive value realization
  • Travel up to 10% to customer sites as required
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS preferred
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
  • Experience with technical products
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
