Data Migration Multitasking QA Training

Job Overview

As an Implementation Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end SaaS implementations, running multiple concurrent agency projects, and ensuring quality go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live
Run multiple concurrent agency projects with detailed plans and trackers
Provide regular status updates to ensure quality go-live readiness
Act as the primary contact for agencies during implementation
Lead trainings and go-live planning to guarantee adoption
Coordinate data migrations and QA with data/engineering teams

Requirements & Qualifications

Expert multitasker managing numerous moving parts
Customer-facing liaison building trust and meeting deadlines
Clear communicator translating complex concepts for both tech and non-tech teams
Data-savvy with experience in CSV templates, mapping, and QA
Startup mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous situations
