Job Overview

Drive outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities in the India market.
Work closely with Account Executives to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity and results.
Operate within a high-velocity, impact-driven, global team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential leads and prospects within the target market.
Execute outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Develop and implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
Collaborate with Account Executives to share insights and refine strategies.
Monitor and report on sales KPIs, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Continuously improve outreach approaches based on feedback and data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record in securing new business meetings.
Strong understanding of the India market and demonstrated ability to build opportunity-sized lead lists.
Experience with a full suite of prospecting tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop, scale, and refine sales processes.
Strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills in English.
Effective time management and the ability to manage high volumes of leads independently.
