Job Overview

• Remote freelance opportunities at Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior positions.
• Lead or support end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for renowned brands.
• Collaborate with creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
• Utilize data-driven insights and campaign management tools to optimize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage campaign execution, including creator casting, negotiation, delivery, and reporting.
• Communicate with clients and creators, leading calls and managing feedback loops.
• Track and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CPV, CPM, and ER.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements (Senior level).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one: Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, or Dutch.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing, creative agencies, or media (preferred).
• Data literacy and familiarity with campaign metrics (CPV, CPM, ER).
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Streak, Asana, or campaign management platforms.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to evolving priorities.
