Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close for SMB beauty and wellness accounts. Execute high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social to generate and convert new business. Deliver compelling virtual product demos that connect Fresha's platform to each business's real pain points and growth goals. Identify and qualify higher-value opportunities, then partner with senior outbound BDMs to hand them off cleanly within their territories. Run discovery calls to understand how prospects run their business today and where Fresha can make an immediate impact. Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline so your forecast is trustworthy and your metrics tell the right story. 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles with a proven track record of hitting quota. Experience selling SaaS, point-of-sale, payments, or technology to SMBs. Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, not just setting appointments. A confident, warm phone and video presence that builds trust quickly. Highly organized with a disciplined CRM habit and ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline. Key Responsibilities
