Key Responsibilities

Develop new product lines and features using ReactJS and React Native within an AWS Cloud environment.
Participate in sprint planning and contribute to the technical strategy of your squad.
Write automated tests for production code and ensure high quality through code reviews.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge with your squad.
Enhance legacy features of our award-winning HR tech platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Over 4 years of experience in Frontend software development.
Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS/Redux, and building tools like Webpack and Rollup.
Experience with CI/CD and web application performance tuning.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
