Job Overview

Remote, flexible position with significant influence on AI model quality in Investment Banking.
Long-term engagement (6-12 months) with a reputable AI research lab.
Direct collaboration with research teams and other finance SMEs.
Competitive hourly compensation ($170-$190/hr).
Ideal commitment of 20-40 hours per week, including regular calibration calls.

Key Responsibilities

Guide research teams to address knowledge gaps and optimize AI model performance in Investment Banking topics.
Develop and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to finance-related data.
Create guidelines and rubrics for evaluating finance reasoning and solutions.
Design challenging, domain-specific financial tasks and provide accurate solutions.
Assess financial tasks and solutions, providing clear written feedback.
Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Requirements & Qualifications

Currently residing in the United States.
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in finance or a related field from a top-tier university.
At least 2 years of professional Investment Banking experience at a reputable institution.
Strong analytical, evaluation, and communication skills.
Passion for advancing AI technologies in the financial sector.
Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-disciplinary teams.
