IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in VMware, AWS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and Azure AD to design, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure. This role focuses on security, automation, disaster recovery

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and automate on-prem and cloud infrastructure (VMware, AWS, Windows, AD, O365, Azure AD).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems using PRTG, CrowdStrike, and other tools.
Automate tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, or Chef to enhance efficiency.
Manage disaster recovery and backups (Veeam) to ensure system resilience.
Patch and secure servers, ensuring compliance with security policies.
Mentor L1/L2 engineers, document best practices, and collaborate with vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Dell, HP).

Requirements:
5+ years in systems engineering with expertise in VMware, AWS, AD, O365, Exchange.
Strong knowledge of networking, hybrid cloud, and security best practices.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
Proven ability to design and implement disaster recovery solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Certifications in AWS, VMware, or Microsoft are a plus. This role offers a remote option but requires availability for IT meetings and occasional on-site support.
