Job Overview

As an IT Support Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering responsive IT support to in-office and remote employees. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and A/V issues, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, peripherals, and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive IT support for in-office and remote employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and A/V issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and tools
  • Manage SaaS access and administer core tools (Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace)
  • Document IT policies and user instructions to enable self-service
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Ownership of a physical office/site as IT contact
  • Endpoints management for macOS/Windows and MDM
  • Identity and access management (Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, RBAC)
  • Office network knowledge: Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VPN
