Job Overview
  • Provide internal technical support for over 1,500 systems (95% Mac, 5% Windows & VDI).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Administer SaaS tools and manage hardware asset lifecycles.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and A/V needs for meetings and events.
  • Deliver new hire IT training and create knowledge content to facilitate self-service support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to internal IT requests, prioritizing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Deploy, document, and manage IT hardware and software assets.
  • Conduct technical onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support for employees.
  • Collaborate with Systems and Network Administration teams for escalated support.
  • Continuously improve IT processes, documentation, and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of IT or Desktop Support/System Administration experience with outstanding customer service.
  • Extensive expertise in Mac OS configuration and troubleshooting (Windows 10+ a plus).
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, JAMF, Zoom, ServiceNow, Slack, Okta, and SaaS management.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+ are advantageous.
  • Ability to work Indian night shifts covering Eastern Time business hours and travel as required.
