Google Workspace macOS Mfa Microsoft 365 Windows

We are looking for an IT Technician to serve as the first point of contact via our service desk and support channels. The successful candidate will log, categorize, prioritize, resolve, or escalate issues with clear ticket notes and timely updates to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with identity and access management using Okta, including sign-in issues, MFA re-registration, and basic SSO troubleshooting.
  • Provide support for collaboration suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including email troubleshooting, password resets, and license assignments.
  • Manage Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes by preparing equipment, provisioning access, and de-provisioning accounts as per policy.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint issues on macOS/iOS and Windows, including Wi-Fi/VPN, printing, peripherals, and software installations.
  • Enroll and manage devices through Jamf for Macs and Microsoft Intune for Windows, ensuring compliance with build standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A-Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to handle pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership from issue to resolution.
  • Passion for technology, particularly macOS/iOS, and willingness to learn Windows.
