Job Overview

Provide expert customer support to Italian-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
Assist users with website creation, troubleshooting, and platform navigation.
Contribute to an exceptional customer experience by resolving inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries in Italian.
Guide users through Squarespace features and functionalities.
Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues.
Document solutions and share best practices with the support team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Squarespace products and updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer support or related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with website creation platforms or content management systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
