Job Overview

As a core member of the Client team, you will develop and maintain open-source SDKs, component libraries, and template applications for JavaScript, React, and Node.js. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless developer experiences and cutting-edge realtime AI capabilities across browsers and devices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain open-source WebRTC-based SDKs for JavaScript, Node.js, React, and React Native.
Partner with the Agents team to implement realtime AI features from backend to browser.
Work with designers to build and deploy high-quality sample apps and templates.
Continuously enhance the developer experience with LiveKit SDKs.
Identify, prioritize, and deliver new features in collaboration with engineers across the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React with proven web development experience.
Strong understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Passion for open-source software and developer tooling.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
Fast learner, adaptable to new languages and technologies (bonus: Python, Rust, Swift, Kotlin, C#, C++).
