You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery while adhering to company standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of technology projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor project milestones.
• Generate and present periodic status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, incorporating quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
• Track and report project financials, performance, and resource availability.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and corporate policies.
• Support multiple concurrent projects and contribute to project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of related project management experience.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI is preferred.
