Process Street is seeking a motivated Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will support customers using our AI-powered SaaS platform, helping them build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Work remotely from anywhere in the world and become an integral part of our dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional customer support via chat, email, and other channels.
Assist users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
Document common issues and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
Collect and relay customer feedback to improve platform usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with SaaS platforms and customer support tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new AI technologies.
Familiarity with workflow automation and documentation processes.
Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic understanding of troubleshooting software issues.
Previous remote work experience is a plus.
