Bloom & Wild is seeking a Junior Marketing Associate for Germany & Austria to drive commercial growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through impactful partnerships and affiliate marketing. This remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to Europe's leading direct-to-consumer gifting destination, working collaboratively within a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support partnership strategies to localize marketing efforts and expand brand awareness in Germany and Austria.
Research, identify, and prioritize new commercial and brand partnership opportunities.
Manage existing partnerships, including online campaigns, affiliate promotions, offline activations, and in-store collaborations.
Plan, organize, and execute events and workshops for press, influencers, and customers.
Oversee affiliate program management, including placements, budget planning, and seasonal asset distribution.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Coordinate B2B orders and support self-ordering processes for business customers.
Update homepage banners and seasonal landing pages as needed.
Support ad hoc commercial projects during peak periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in commercial partnerships, affiliate marketing, or account management.
Proactive and results-driven approach with proven impact on commercial metrics.
Strong knowledge of the German market, customer behavior, and current trends.
Logical problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex issues.
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail, pragmatism, and ability to multi-task effectively.
Comfortable with travel within Germany for events and activations.
Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
Preferably based in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg, or nearby.
