Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing property marketing materials using Canva for all listing stages.
• Coordinate and execute direct mail campaigns, including vendor management and distribution.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Develop and distribute monthly digital and print newsletters with local insights and updates.
• Manage email marketing campaigns via MailChimp, optimizing for engagement.
• Track inventory and schedules for marketing materials and campaigns.
• Support marketing timelines from pre-launch to property sale.
• Assist with general marketing administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or equivalent experience in property marketing.
• Expert proficiency with Canva and similar design tools.
• Hands-on experience with MailChimp or equivalent email platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and management (portfolio submission required).
• Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and maintain quality.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup.
• Availability during U.S. Mountain Time business hours, specifically 8am-10am Arizona time.
