Join BruntWork as a Junior Marketing & Administrative Specialist and contribute to dynamic property marketing initiatives in a flexible, remote work environment. This independent contractor position offers an opportunity to showcase your creativity, organizational skills, and expertise in real estate marketing. Work closely with our team to design engaging campaigns, manage social media, and support various marketing efforts, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing property marketing materials using Canva for all listing stages.
Coordinate and execute direct mail campaigns, including vendor management and distribution.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Develop and distribute monthly digital and print newsletters with local insights and updates.
Manage email marketing campaigns via MailChimp, optimizing for engagement.
Track inventory and schedules for marketing materials and campaigns.
Support marketing timelines from pre-launch to property sale.
Assist with general marketing administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree in marketing or equivalent experience in property marketing.
Expert proficiency with Canva and similar design tools.
Hands-on experience with MailChimp or equivalent email platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and management (portfolio submission required).
Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and maintain quality.
Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup.
Availability during U.S. Mountain Time business hours, specifically 8am-10am Arizona time.
