Adobe Creative Suite Brand Guidelines Canva Figma Responsive web design Sketch Typography

PacerPro, a leading legal technology company, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Marketing/Visual Designer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for early-career designers looking to make an impact by supporting marketing, sales, and internal design initiatives across a fast-paced SaaS environment. Reporting to the Director of Design, you will help shape the visual identity of PacerPro for clients, prospects, and partners while developing a broad range of professional design skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design graphics for email campaigns, webinars, social media, and thought leadership content.
Create and update sales enablement materials including sales decks, one-pagers, and product sheets.
Assist with updates and visual enhancements to the company website and digital assets.
Maintain and expand PacerPro’s brand guidelines and visual asset library.
Support event collateral creation, including conference materials, handouts, and signage.
Prepare branded visuals for internal presentations, board decks, and recruiting materials.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of professional design experience (internships, freelance, or first full-time role).
Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools (Sketch, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Understanding of responsive digital design for web and mobile platforms.
Ability to create clean, modern, and brand-aligned visuals.
Comfortable working with templates and adhering to brand guidelines.
Curious, adaptable, and receptive to feedback; eager to learn and grow.
Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools.
Bonus: Familiarity with B2B SaaS, legal technology, or website CMS platforms.
