Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across multiple platforms, optimize campaign performance, and deliver insightful reports to drive client success. You'll work in a flexible and supportive environment, contributing to both agency and client growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage and optimize daily campaigns focused on e-commerce, brand awareness, and community activation.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations for client accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to maximize ROAS and inform strategic decisions.
  • Review and refine ad copy, and manage marketing automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align paid media efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign strategies and changes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and creative ad platforms (Creatopy or similar a plus).
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Experience in retail paid media marketing required; experience with non-profit or mission-driven marketing a plus.
  • Relevant ad platform certifications (Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, etc.) are advantageous.
