Junior Project Manager Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report project metrics, analyze data, and flag potential issues for management.
• Assist in managing project budgets, processing purchases, and ensuring timely payments.
• Support strategy, design, development, and implementation of projects.
• Maintain and revise operational procedures for efficient project management.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and external partners, including application and contract processes.
• Manage internal and external project websites, including content creation and updates.
• Prepare presentations and communications in support of project objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring superior support and service.
• Organize administrative details for project events, including logistics and speaker arrangements.
• Update tracking tools and collect status information from the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a technology-oriented company.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with GitHub and ProductBoard (preferred).
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Langchain (highly desired).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage websites and author/edit content.
• Organizational and multitasking skills for coordinating teams and partners.
• Associate's degree required.
• Ability to work remotely with overlap to US Eastern and Western time zones.
