Bertoni Solutions is seeking a motivated Junior QA Engineer to support software quality assurance through manual and automated testing. This fully remote role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to build their QA skills within a dynamic, agile environment. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, contributing to both defect detection and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct manual and automated software testing to ensure product quality.
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and improve product reliability.
Participate in agile team processes and adapt to new tools and technologies as required.
Support the implementation of quality standards and best practices across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of software testing (functional, regression, black-box testing).
Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman and Selenium WebDriver.
Basic version control skills using Git.
Intermediate English proficiency (written and conversational).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to product quality.
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience with JMeter, Appium, SonarQube, SQL, or task management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Preferred: Knowledge of programming languages (Java, C#, or Python) and test automation frameworks.
Preferred: Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
