Junior Systems Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, build, maintenance, and monitoring of corporate computer and network systems.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage daily server/desktop operations and respond to Help Desk requests.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance IT infrastructure.
• Implement IT initiatives and contribute to best practice guidelines for technology and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent IT experience.
• Knowledge of computer system and network security fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and capacity planning.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and IT support best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to create and maintain thorough system documentation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and commit to high-quality work.
• Experience supporting users across Asia-Pacific using onsite and remote technologies is a plus.
