As the Lead Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and executing high-leverage acquisition opportunities to drive new customers. Your role will involve developing hypotheses based on customer insight, revenue potential, and market dynamics, and launching and scaling innovative programs such as owned media, events, and experiential initiatives. You will define success metrics and ROI frameworks to tie investments to revenue and collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams to craft compelling market-facing narratives. From ideation to execution, scale, and maintenance, you will own programs end-to-end to ensure impactful results.
This role requires a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a preference for external/product marketing background. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in conceiving, launching, and scaling programs, as well as demonstrating ownership of influenced pipeline and revenue. Experience in high-growth environments (Series A-D) is crucial, as is the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Growth teams. Strong skills in ROI modeling, revenue attribution, and pipeline metrics are essential to shape the next chapter of growth and success for the organization.
