Lead Electrical Technician

Lead install, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring and control systems in commercial buildings. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to plan electrical layouts. Test and diagnose electrical systems for performance and safety. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and perform repairs or component replacements. Collaborate with trades and teams to meet deadlines and budgets. Uphold NEC safety standards and code on all sites. Skilled at reading blueprints, schematics, and drawings. Knowledge of high-voltage systems, testing equipment, and safety protocols. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communicator with teamwork and on-site leadership.
