Job Overview

This is a remote position with DaftCo, a leading provider of premium virtual assistant services. Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional virtual assistance to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to all inbound inquiries from various channels.
Update CRM with leads and maintain a separate spreadsheet.
Handle outbound/inbound calls for events.
Research new venues and compile lists for market analysis.
Follow up with clients post-event for feedback and testimonials.

Requirements & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp.
Experience in social media management and lead qualification.
Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis.
Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
