Join our team as a Lead QA Engineer, where you will champion the quality and reliability of our software products. In this dynamic role, you will lead a small QA team, shape testing strategies, and oversee both manual and automated testing initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal in preventing defects, ensuring seamless product releases, and delivering exceptional user experiences within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and testing strategies for thorough coverage of product features.
Create, execute, and maintain detailed manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and security.
Review code changes to identify potential quality issues and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and high-quality releases.
Identify, document, and prioritize bugs, and track them through resolution.
Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Analyze test results and quality metrics to drive enhancements in testing processes and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in manual and automated testing, including experience with relevant tools and programming languages.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring QA teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
Outstanding communication skills to convey testing processes and findings to diverse audiences.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing, startup environment.
Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
