Join our team as a Live Operations Coordinator where you will be responsible for coordinating live events schedules, providing real-time support for multiple live streams, managing end-to-end Tier-1 live events, and much more!

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate live events schedules with teams and partners
Provide real-time support for multiple live streams
Own Tier-1 live events end-to-end for quality viewer experience
Manage task execution across production teams and partners
Triage incidents with engineers and support root-cause analysis
Produce post-event reports for Live Operations leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years in digital media or streaming operations
1–3 years supporting live online video workflows
Experience managing linear programming schedules and EPGs
Familiarity with metadata concepts and feed formats (XML, JSON)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Film Production, or related field
