LLVM Compiler Developer Role

Access Softek is seeking experienced Compiler Developers to join our globally distributed team, contributing to the development and optimization of LLVM and Clang-based toolchains. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design, enhance, and implement components of the LLVM/Clang toolchain.
• Extend open-source LLVM, Clang, and binutils codebases to support client platforms.
• Collaborate with the LLVM community, contributing public patches and participating in open-source initiatives.
• Build, debug, and analyze platform code and system-level tests, identifying and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain target-specific tests to ensure toolchain quality and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in C and C++ programming.
• Comprehensive experience in compiler design, code generation, and optimization.
• Proficiency in cross-compilation with GCC or Clang.
• Strong understanding of multithreading and object-oriented analysis and design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proven track record in building high-performance, production-quality software.
• Ability to work independently with excellent self-motivation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in English.
• Passion for clean, effective, and maintainable code.
• Nice to have: knowledge of C++11/14/17, assemblers, linkers, object file formats, debuggers, *nix tools, build systems (CMake, make), scripting (Python, Bash).
