Logistics Operations Asset Manager

Responsible for developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment per DOT guidelines. Ensuring fleet compliance with routine maintenance per DOT. Managing the LOTO process for safety compliance. Tagging assets and maintaining an updated equipment registry. Managing spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and delivery. Developing and conducting training for operations on equipment maintenance.

Required: 7+ years in warehouse equipment maintenance and fleet management with DOT. Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering or related field. Experience with active fleet of vehicles, including DMV and DOT compliance. Strong knowledge of forklifts, battery maintenance, and material handling assets. Experience in vendor management, including contracts, scheduling, and compliance. Strong understanding of LOTO safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
