Job Overview

Maintenance Mechanic III position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding packaging, facility, and auxiliary equipment. The role also includes assisting in work order planning and execution, routine spot checks, maintaining building utility systems, and inventory management. The employee will verify completed work against specifications and standards, as well as train and lead other mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild packaging, facility, and auxiliary equipment.
• Assist in planning and executing work orders; perform routine spot checks.
• Assist with maintaining building utility systems (electrical, HVAC, controls).
• Assist in inventory and spare parts requisitions.
• Verify completed work against specs and standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience; food industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• MS Office Suite and CMMS proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
