As the Manager of the Salesforce Platform, you will be responsible for owning Salesforce as a long-term platform and setting a clear architectural vision for its development. You will lead and grow a cross-functional team, balance roadmap priorities with operational stability, review designs, and partner with various departments to translate strategy into actionable priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Salesforce as a long-term platform

  • Partner with Sales/RevOps/Finance/Legal
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years with Salesforce in increasingly senior roles
  • Experience leading in-house Salesforce teams
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow-first automation
  • CPQ concepts and lifecycle impacts
  • Experience with CPQ in SaaS or subscription businesses
  • Salesforce Architect or advanced cloud certifications
  • Global organization that values diversity
  • Collaboration with leading platforms and AI/ML tech
