We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to support and enhance our marketing initiatives at Xapo. This remote position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals eager to collaborate across teams, manage marketing projects, analyze data, and drive efficient campaign execution within the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.

Job Overview

Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of marketing efforts with company objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Support the development and management of vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.
Assist with research, documentation, and process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate resources and priorities for Xapo’s marketing strategy.
Track project plans, schedules, and ensure timely task completion.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, delivering insights to the team.
Support vendor management, ensuring contractual obligations and quality standards are met.
Conduct research on industry trends, fintech, and cryptocurrency marketing innovations.
Document and refine marketing processes for greater efficiency.
Implement tools and platforms to streamline marketing workflows.
Maintain brand consistency across all initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, Looker).
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Curiosity about marketing trends and eagerness to adopt new tools and technologies.
Experience or interest in lead generation and campaign effectiveness testing.
Proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for professional growth.
Exposure to marketing, advertising, or communications through coursework, internships, or projects.
