Modern Treasury is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our fully remote team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will help drive operational excellence and streamline our payment operations solutions that automate the full cycle of money movement. This is a full-time opportunity available from anywhere in the United States.

Job Overview

Lead and optimize marketing operations for a fintech company specializing in payment automation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Utilize data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end marketing operations processes.
Implement and maintain marketing automation platforms and tools.
Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing strategies.
Ensure data integrity and compliance across all marketing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Familiarity with fintech or payment solutions is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
