The Media Planner is responsible for researching audience, competitive, and delivery insights to develop effective media plans. This role involves collaboration with industry partners to track trends and make informed recommendations for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research audience, competitive, and delivery insights for media plans.
  • Meet industry partners to track trends for client recommendations.
  • Create and maintain media flowcharts, insertion orders, and data.
  • Share ideas and insights during team meetings.
  • Reconcile vendor payments and billing processes.
  • Track ongoing media plan performance data with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in media planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
  • Internship or prior role showing interest in advertising/media preferred.
  • Comfortable with basic math and budgeting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
