Omada Health is seeking a dedicated Member Support Agent for a part-time, fully remote position. As an integral part of our team, you will inspire and engage members to achieve lifelong health, supporting them every step of the way. This role is available to candidates located anywhere within the United States and offers the flexibility to work from home while making a real impact in people's lives.

Job Overview

Provide exceptional support to Omada Health members.
Engage with members to inspire healthy lifestyle changes.
Work remotely as part of a dynamic support team.
Contribute to Omada Health's mission of lifelong wellness.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to member inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Assist members with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigation.
Provide guidance and encouragement to support members’ health goals.
Document interactions accurately in support systems.
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer or member support roles.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable with technology and online communication platforms.
