Job Overview

Everience Romania is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to assist clients in leveraging and optimizing Microsoft 365 collaborative solutions. The consultant will provide expert advice and personalized guidance to enhance the client's digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze functional and technical requirements
• Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to enterprise needs (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Create and implement customized and scalable tools to meet identified needs while coordinating project teams and stakeholders
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance of Microsoft 365 environments
• Drive and structure collaborative offerings in alignment with business and technical goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience with collaborative tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams
• Experience with Viva is a plus
• Experience working with large accounts
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
