Lyra Technology Group, part of Evergreen Services Group, is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Cloud App Account Executive to identify and pursue upsell opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales of Microsoft cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Microsoft cloud solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and technology firms within the Evergreen Services Group portfolio.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs, leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Microsoft cloud applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related role in the cloud computing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud applications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
